If you subscribe to our subscription, you agree to be debited the due amount of 14.90 CHF at the end of each month. Our subscription can be canceled at any time. It is important to note that as long as you do not cancel your subscription via our website, monthly payments will be automatically deducted using the same payment method provided during your first order. This can be changed at any time in your account area on our website. Additionally, please note that if the provided payment method is declined during the monthly debit, no shipment will be made until it is accepted or updated.
Deliveries
Products ordered on the Skinvestment.ch website will be sent to the delivery address indicated when the order was placed. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge and are made within 2 to 5 working days of your order. For European countries, please note that shipping costs are 8 CHF and that the delivery time is estimated between 5 and 12 working days following your order. For the USA, UK & Canada, shipping costs are 12 CHF and the delivery time is estimated between 10 and 15 working days following your order. Skinvestment cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or lost packages caused by third parties such as carriers or postal services. We will, however, provide all possible assistance to resolve any problems relating to the delivery of your order.
Disclaimer for allergic reactions
Skinvestment offers a selection of masks from leading brands that have been vetted to ensure the highest quality. As a retailer, Skinvestment takes no responsibility for allergic reactions or other adverse effects caused by the use of products purchased from the Skinvestment.ch website.
